White Night Shuttle Tram Services

Avoid street closures and parking mayhem! Park your car at Central Deborah Gold Mine, the Bendigo Joss House Temple, Tysons Reef or Lake Weeroona and catch a tram to/from the White Night festivities in the CBD.

White Night, what is it?

White Night Bendigo is making its debut on Saturday 1 September 2018 from 7:00pm to 2:00am, when it will light up the city and transform our streets, laneways, parks and heritage trams into impressive works of art. From colourful projections and wondrous installations to music performances and interactive works, there will be so much to experience!


White Night Shuttle Tram Services

Park your car at Central Deborah Gold Mine (parking on Creek Street North or Creek Street South), the Bendigo Joss House Temple, Tysons Reef or Lake Weeroona and catch a Tram Shuttle into the White Night Festivities.

Shuttle Tram Cost: $3.00 per person, round trip. Children 4 years of age and under are free of charge. 

Shuttle Tram Departures into White Night:

  • Central Deborah Gold Mine on Violet Street: Departs every 15 minutes from 6:00pm - 2:45am.
  • Bendigo Joss House Temple on Finn Street: Departs every 10 minutes from 6:00pm - 2:50am.
  • Tysons Reef on Weeroona Avenue: Departs every 10 minutes from 6:04pm - 2:54am.
  • Lake Weeroona on Nolan Street: Departs every 10 minutes from 6:06pm - 2:56am.

Shuttle Tram Departures out of White Night:

  • Forest Street to Central Deborah Gold Mine: Every 15 minutes from 6:08pm - 3:08am.
  • Mundy Street to Lake Weeroona, Tysons Reef and Joss House: Departs every 10 minutes from 6:17pm - 3:07am. 

Please Note: White Night Shuttle Trams are not wheelchair accessible. 


The Groove Tram

Make your way to the Groove Tram for a dose of disco and dance music from the '80s and '90s along with mirror balls, UV light and a DJ to keep the party going till you drop! You'll find the Groove Tram stationed on the corner of Bull Street and Pall Mall. The Groove Tram is free of charge. Full details here.

Inspired by the hit Australian Musical Priscilla Queen of the Desert, one of our iconic heritage trams will be transformed into a disco wonderland with celebrated drag artists, Miss Art Simone and Pashion Couture.

From Abba to Celine Dion, this will be a drag mime fest like no other! 'Finally' if you 'Love the Nightlife' and you've 'Got to Boogie', be sure to 'Go West' and head to the corner of Pall Mall and Bull Street to 'Shake your Groove Thing' with these amazing performance artists.
