We're opening our doors for Open House Bendigo!
Open House Bendigo will see a series of private homes, commercial and civic buildings open their doors for viewing on the 26th and 27th of October 2019, allowing locals and visitors alike to see inside iconic buildings and spaces that are not normally open to the public.
The Open House Bendigo weekend is a chance to celebrate the city, challenge your opinion about different architectural styles, build your knowledge about Bendigo's history, and arm yourself with information about future developments that will impact the city.
To celebrate the event we have put together three special offers:

- Guided Depot & Workshop Tours: Learn more about the history of the Tram Depot and our exciting future plans for expansion . Then step into the Workshop area where heritage trams (including Melbourne's iconic City Circle fleet) are carefully restored by our specialised team.

More info here - Guided Managers Tour: Join the Bendigo Tramways Workshop Manager (Saturday) and the Bendigo Tramways CEO (Sunday) for an in-depth tour about the specialist skillsets that are used within the workshop to undertake tram repurposing and restoration projects. Gain insight into current projects that are being carried out within the workshop, and come to understand why the workshop is now world renowned.
