The State of Victoria is the smallest and southern-most of the mainland States of Australia.  The State Capital - Melbourne is served by International shipping facilities at the Port of Melbourne located on Port Phillip Bay, while Airlines from around the world fly to and from Melbourne's Tullamarine International Airport on a daily basis.
